This program is designed to not only provide a training plan physically preparing an athlete for a specific destination event, but also to provide in-depth analysis on event logistics and course layout. This program is ideal for athletes who are racing international events such as Ironman Nice in France or preparing for an event like the Triple Bypass in Colorado and who are looking for more guidance to help them best prepare for their event.
